Ariel Webster

Ariel received her Paralegal license from the Law Society of Ontario in 2017. She embarked on her legal journey as a legal assistant at a busy personal injury law firm in Kitchener, where she provided invaluable administrative and litigation support. Over time, Ariel's role evolved to focus on the intake of new clients, often serving as the first point of contact during challenging times. Through her roles in both administration and client intake, Ariel gained foundational experience that was instrumental in shaping her career. These experiences allowed her to develop exceptional skills in compassion, professionalism, and maintaining a positive attitude, which consistently uplifted both clients and colleagues during their most challenging times.

In 2025, Ariel joined Reist Krauss Bauer LLP to pursue a new passion for Employment Law, while continuing her commitment to continuous learning as well as administration and litigation support. She is dedicated to assisting employees and employers as they navigate complex and often difficult circumstances, bringing her empathetic approach to every person she encounters.
