Allana received her Paralegal license from the Law Society of Ontario in 2019. During her academic years, Allana was recognized for her commitment to learning, integrity, professionalism, and desire to help others with a positive disposition by being awarded the Riina De Faria award in her graduation of High Honours at Sheridan College.
Allana’s law career began immediately following graduation in 2017 with a variety of legal assistant positions supporting lawyers in Corporate, Employment, Insurance Defence and Litigation practices in the Greater Toronto Area while studying for the Paralegal licensing Exam. In 2020 after establishing a legal framework, Allana began utilizing her license in a Small Claims Court practice as a Paralegal at a law firm in Cambridge advocating for some of the largest financial institutions in Canada within the Administration of Justice.
In 2023, Allana joined Reist Krauss Bauer to expand her practice to Employment Law as it has always been a passion of hers and provides administrative and litigation support to the heavy litigation practice of the lawyers within the firm, primarily Pamela Krauss.

Allana excels in her understanding and application of the Rules of Small Claims Court and Rules of Civil Procedure. Allana is a strong advocate with an honest nature who is always looking to lend an empathetic ear and do whatever it takes to assist anyone that needs it.
